1)拓展IKA產(chǎn)品在指定區(qū)域的市場(chǎng)

2)促進(jìn)銷(xiāo)售額的增長(zhǎng)，完成各階段的銷(xiāo)售任務(wù)

3)制定并執(zhí)行銷(xiāo)售方案, 定期向銷(xiāo)售總監(jiān)匯報(bào)工作

4)銷(xiāo)售合同的跟進(jìn)

5)收集客戶(hù)需求及市場(chǎng)信息，分析市場(chǎng)狀況

6)保持和用戶(hù)的良好關(guān)系

7)積極參與市場(chǎng)計(jì)劃的制定、參加展覽會(huì)、市場(chǎng)調(diào)查、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)分析等市場(chǎng)活動(dòng)

2)3年以上儀器行業(yè)銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)驗(yàn)

3)豐富的銷(xiāo)售、市場(chǎng)推廣和溝通技巧(口頭、書(shū)面)

4)深入的產(chǎn)品知識(shí)、應(yīng)用知識(shí)及經(jīng)驗(yàn)

1) 產(chǎn)品的安裝、調(diào)試和維修；

2) 為銷(xiāo)售人員提供技術(shù)支持；

3) 為客戶(hù)提供現(xiàn)場(chǎng)或者遠(yuǎn)程技術(shù)指導(dǎo)；

4) 客服數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計(jì)和分析；

5) 配合相關(guān)部門(mén)完善產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量；

6) 客服經(jīng)理或者銷(xiāo)售總監(jiān)安排的其他相關(guān)工作內(nèi)容。

1) Install, maintain and repair products;

2) Technical support for sales;

3) Solve customers'' technical problems on site or on the phone;

4) Collect and analyse service statistics;

5) Cooperate with related Dept to improve products quality;

6) Other temporary assignments from Service Manager and Sales Director.

1) 大專(zhuān)以上學(xué)歷，電子、自動(dòng)化或其他相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)；

2) 兩年以上機(jī)電類(lèi)產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)支持或售后服務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；

3) 良好的中英文表達(dá)能力（書(shū)面和口語(yǔ)）；

4) 良好的溝通技巧和服務(wù)意識(shí)；

5) 善于解決技術(shù)問(wèn)題；

6) 良好的學(xué)習(xí)能力；

1) College or higher degree in elec. engineering, automation or similar majors

2) At least 2 years experience in technical support or after sales service in the field of mech-elec products

3) Proficiency in Chinese & English

4) Good communication skills and service awareness;

5) Good at trouble shooting

6) Good learning ability

Position 3：Area Sales Manager, lab (oversea market)
Location：Guangzhou
1. Qualifications
1) Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Biology, Environment or other Science;
2) Min five years experience in selling industrial or inspection equipments and devices;
3) Good dealer management skills;
4) Fluent English;
5) Good communication and negotiation skills;
6) Experience with Asian market preferred.
2. Job targets/Area of responsibility
1）Analyze the market and make sales plan and strategy according to yearly target of the territories.
2）Manage the dealers of the territories.
a. Discussing the cooperation, negotiating and signing the agreement with dealers.
b. Support them in marketing, including exhibition and seminar in the territories with Marketing Department support.
c. Training the salesman of the dealers.
d. Support or push dealers to finish their sales target of IKA products.
e. Review the performance of the dealers regularly and make proposal for future cooperation.
3）Expand IKA’s market share in the assigned territories by various marketing methods (road-show, presentation and application).
4) Maintain current end users and introduce the new promotion plan.
5) Monitor operation of the agreement and contract, including payment, delivery, and after service etc.
